Welcome to our webshop

When you buy products on www.peep.lv you accept our Terms and Conditions by click for finishing your order. These Terms and Conditions are applies to all product orders and purchases made in the webshop - www.peep.lv.

Purchases

Our webshop is hosted by SIA Mozello. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows you to buy the products on our webshop.

In order to shop in the webshop, you do not need to register in advance. When you purchase products on webshop www.peep.lv  you must provide certain personal information for us to deliver the products to you. This information includes your name, email address, delivery address, phone number. When you have placed an order on our webshop, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you have provided specifying the products and the prices of the products you have purchased.

You must be 18 years of age or older to place orders on our webshop. If you are under 18 years, a parent or guardian must consent to the placing of the order.

Orders are processed working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT+3. If the order is placed at a different time, it will be processed on the next working day.

Please notice

1) The images of the Products placed in the webshop are illustrative. The actual delivered goods or their packaging may differ from the illustrations in terms of their appearance, which is affected by camera specifications and settings;

2) The products are sold for the prices that are indicated on the visual representation of each product and the description of the product. Product prices in the webshop are indicated in Euros. There are not included additional costs for countries outside of Europe Union, like Import fees, custom duties or other costs that are determined by the legislation of the specific country;

3) Price indicated in webshop does not include shipping charges. Shipping charges will be calculated and applied at the check-out. Shipping charges depends on product weight. Please check the pricing in “Delivery” section before placing an order.

Payment

On our webshop, you can pay by following internetbanking systems:

You can also pay with following bank cards:

  • VISA
  • MASTERCARD

Payments are made only if the issuing bank participates in secure online payment programs (MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa). Once you have entered your card details, you may be redirected to the bank's page to enter the security code required to confirm your identity. If the payment is not approved, please contact the card issuing bank or choose another payment method.

After payment, there will be issued invoice and sent to indicated email adress, so please check your email correctness. We provide electronic invoice for all transactions. After receiving the payment in our bank account, we will start proceeding order imediatly. There will be sent an email, when the order will be dispatched and sent by our service provider. Tracking number will be sent to your email adress as well.

Terms for delivery

Your order will be delivered within 3 – 21 working days. Please see the more specific delivery time for your country in “Delivery” section.

You could follow your order through the tracking number. We will send it to your email, when your order will be ready to be dispatched. If you for some reason do not receive an email with the tracking number, please contact us.

We pack product securely, but when you receive your parcel, we highly recommend that you inspect the content. If the content has been damaged, you must take a picture of damages and contact us as soon as possible to email – info@peep.lv.

At the moment we offer delivery to most, but not all, European countries, to USA, Canada, Japan and Australia. Due to different costs of delivery (depends on package weigts and country we have to deliver) please find detailed information on delivery to your country in “Delivery” section.

Please notice we have applied dynamic shipping to remote areas in those countries. This means our delivery fees and free shipping threshold vary depending on your location.

Delivery times may be delayed due to the workload of the post or courier service provider.

Consumers only

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, under the applicable consumer regulation you have the right to withdraw from your contract with us without providing a reason within 14 days from the day you or another person chosen by you (not the carrier, however) physically receive the product (the "Cooling-off period"). If you have bought several products in one order, you can withdraw from the purchase of some of the products or of all the products of the order. You can read more on refund of delivery costs in connection with withdrawal below.

You may lose your right to withdraw if you break the seal/packaging of the goods.

The deadline for withdrawal is 14 days from the day you or another person chosen by you (not the carrier, however) physically receive the product. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, the deadline will expire on the following working day.

If you have purchased several products in one order and we are not able to deliver the products in one shipment, the period of the withdrawal right will run from the time that you or another person chosen by you (not the carrier, however) physically receive the last product of your order.

If you for any reason have not collected your parcel, we will contact you and ask you what you want us to do with the parcel, e.g. if you still want your order and want to have the parcel redelivered or if you want to withdraw from your purchase. You can read more about withdrawal in the section “How you exercise your right of withdrawal” below.

How to exercise your right of cancellation

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us to let us know you are doing so (e.g. completed withdrawal form sent by post or email). You can do so by contacting us using the details set out at the beginning of these terms and conditions. Alternatively, please use the model withdrawal form (you can find It in PDF format below these terms) and send it to our email – info@peep.lv. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email. You can find withdrawal form below these terms in pdf file.

The deadline for the period of withdrawal is met if you send your message informing us that you want to withdraw from the order before the end of the Cooling-off period.

You must pay for the return freight for the product(s) you want to return. The product(s) must be returned to our location in Latvia.

When you withdraw from your order, we will refund you the product(s) returned, including delivery costs from your original order. This does, however, not apply in the following situations:

If you have ordered more than one product in one order and only want to withdraw from a part of your order, we will not refund the delivery costs from your original order. If you have selected a type of delivery which is more expensive than the most inexpensive type of delivery offered by us, we will not refund the additional delivery costs.

Please notice the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. You can examine the product in the same way as you can do in a physical shop, but the examination of the product must not result in decreased value of the product. When returning it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is securely wrapped and you carry the risk for the package/products until we have received it, so do keep the postal receipt and track & trace number.

Refund of money upon return

We will refund the payment without undue delay and under no circumstances no later than 14 days from the date on which we received the returned products or until you have forwarded documentation that the products have been returned. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction and without any transaction related fees.

Errors in price and sold out products

A product might be sold out although it appears on the webshop; you will receive information if this is the case. If a price shown on our webshop is obviously incorrect and you should have known that the price was incorrect, we are not obligated to deliver the product in question at the incorrect price. If we assess that an order falls within this condition, we can cancel your order, however, you will of course be able to buy the products at the normal price.

Wrong or faulty products or products are missing

If the package you receive from us does not contain the product(s) you have ordered, contains damaged product(s) or if the package was not sufficiently closed or was damaged, please contact immediately and without delay to info@peep.lv and inform your order number as well as a photo of the incorrect/damaged product(s)/package. The customer must provide/upload all the required images and videos with a short-detailed description that will help the team investigate the case.

Returning wrong or damaged goods is free of cost. If ordered products for some reason are not available, the amount of such products will be refunded without undue delay.

We always offer a 24-months warranty to make a compliant if you have a valid receipt of your order. This means that if the product is defect and you give notice on time, you have the right in the first place to have the item repaired or replaced. If the defect cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, you can get your money back or a discount depending on the circumstances. A defect is for example a manufacturing defect or incorrect information about the product. Any defects or wear which are caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. All you have to do is to send an email to info@peep.lv with the order number, a description of the defect and a photo of the defect. The product must be sent to us on [address] with a reference to the order number. Products must not be sent without delivery. Please remember always to return the product in sufficient packaging and to obtain a postal receipt when sending the product for us to refund your freight charges.

You must send your complaint within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect.

Please notice - in the event of a return, the refund process will begin only after the product has been received, inspected and examined at our company, indicating that it meets the eligibility criteria. Refund approval or rejection depends upon the investigation carried out by the responsible team.

Once we initiate a refund, it will take approximately 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in the original payment method. However, the same varies according to the bank's settlement standards.

Custom, duties, taxes, and VAT refund policy in case a wrong, damaged, defective product(s) or product(s) with missing parts:

  1. If the customer was charged customs, duties, taxes, or VAT upfront by PeepPlay, the amount will be refunded on the payment gateway.
  2. If the custom, duties, taxes, or VAT were not charged upfront by PeepPlay, the amount will be refunded as paid only.

Kindly note that customs duties, taxes, and VAT will not be refunded except when a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing part / incomplete product is delivered.

Disputes

These Terms of trade are governed by the substantive laws of Latvia. This means that a contract for the orders of products made through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by Latvian law.

Mandatory consumer protection rights

These Terms does not prevent protection of mandatory consumer rights in the country from where you place an order on our webshop and to which country we offer delivery.
